Acadia Divinity College Covenanting Service at Manning Memorial Chapel, Acadia University Sunday, September 13 at 3:00 pm

We invite and welcome all incoming and returning students, their families and supporting communities, and surrounding churches to join the faculty and staff of Acadia Divinity College at the annual Covenanting Service. This will be held on Sunday, September 13 at 3:00 pm in Manning Memorial Chapel, Acadia University.

The entry-point Covenanting Service and our graduating Commissioning Service serve as bookends to our students’ formal preparation for Christian ministry. During these services, those called to the vocation of Christian ministry and service make commitments before God and in the presence of God’s people. Our Covenanting Service is shaped to reflect both the joy and the solemnity of this occasion. It takes place at Manning Memorial Chapel, the chapel of Acadia University, which grants the degrees of the Faculty of Theology, that is ADC. Within this wider academic community, we learn and witness. This is a memorable service to begin the new academic year.
